Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I've been asked by the derma to apply candid b lotion for my dandruff problem. However I forgot to ask the quantity to be applied and whether it can be washed off after a while or should it be kept.

He has a skin problem that itches all the time and hence it has later on developed in spots. It is dry itching.

Small rash kind patch has been showing up on my finger skin (looks like something fungal) at a single place. Has had applied eclospan ointment and it got better but it appears after a couple days of the ointment not being applied again. The same happens with my jock itches as well under the groin. The itches go after a couple of days of then ointment being applied but appears again after 5-6 days. Please guide.
