My forehead feels tight but outside it is producing more oil than normal time...and there is a appereance of fine lines on forehead..which get little bit less when I put up a good moisturizer like cerave pm facial moisturizing lotion...for first few hours of putting moisturizer skin do not feel tight but as time passes forehead start to get tight and oily and more appereance of fine lines...and even hyperpigmentation is there...so is it a problem of skin barrier???that may include dehydrated skin as if I splash water on forehead those tight feeling disappear and soft plump feeling feels for some time..so is it problem of skin barrier??and dehydrat ed skin
