Hi, suddenly I am feeling teeth sensitivity and a bit of nose pain which comes and go Can you get please advise what it is?

6 year old boy who has had this lesion over his elbow over the last 1 month. No itchiness. Tried a local anti-fungal cream. It did not subside. The size of the lesion has gradually increased. He does not give any history of injury to the area and does not apply to much pressure to it in general. What could it be?

1) From 2 years i have smelly armpits and yellowish layer is formed on my armpit hair and it does not remove even after washing. 2)my body hair is shedding too , i can see that the density of my body hair is low as compare to last year, even now when i move my hand over my chest ,10-15 hair strands fell and there is some small white substance stick to hair root or follice , it comes like whole hair strand with white circular substance stick in the end.

I am currently staying in UK and suffering from Chronic idiopathic urticaria. Everyday once medicine effect is over I get hives on my whole body. I have been offered Pfizer Covid 19 vaccine. Should I take it ? Currently I am taking Acrivastine tablets 3 times in a day. Please suggest. Thank you.
