Pimples and redness on hand
My skin type is dry. I experienced small itchy pimples on 2 days back. I applied moisturizer and it reduced but the itchiness and redness is still present on the hand..what is the cause and cure. PFA pics(pimples is old pic and redness Is current pic)

This appears to be a Contact irritant dermatitis. It's a skin rash caused by contact with a certain substance.
The substance might irritate the skin or trigger an allergic reaction. Some common culprits include soap, cosmetics, fragrances, jewellery and plants.
It's associated with reddness and itching. Consult a Dermatologist and start ur meds to prevent further spread of the allergy.
