Cold urticaria doesn't mean that you have low immunity. I don't think it's because of cold urticaria.

Cold urticaria is caused by exposure to cold. Why the cold stimulus causes the activation of mast cells and the subsequent release of histamine, and other inflammatory mediators remain unknown. Cold urticaria may be primary means of unknown origin or secondary to an underlying haematologic conditions or any infectious disease. The skin on the fingers can become wrinkly when soaked in water. Wrinkled fingers may serve an evolutionary role, helping people grip wet objects or objects in water. If wrinkly fingers happen without being submerged in water, it could be a sign of a medical problem.
