I'm taking bath twice a day Still I'm getting smell from underarm and what soap or ointment should I use to get my underarm whiten

I am suffering from urticaria from past 4years. I take Tab. Monticope A once in 3 days. Is it safe for me to take Covid Vaccination Covaxin now ? Any precautions I need to take before taking covid vaccination? Just FYI, this will be my first dose.

In my getinal area, there are some redness round patches  small bump of puss, that got inflammation on that patches. I used clobetasol propionate + salicylic acid ointment, which help me temporary , after  that new patches with small puss is shown there. These patches are there from 5-6 month. I go for medical . doctor tells me its fungal infections , Psoriasis. 6 month ago i was suffered from dengu.

I have been suffering from fungal infection from long time Even i use medicine. But after sometimes Its comes back again

Hi I have skin allergy since i was 12yrs !! Basically it's itchy and redness and swelling!! I was been advised to take Montair FX tablet and apply topcort cream. This worked very well but now I have moved to US and have not carried the cream with me !! Could you please advise any substitute for tablets and cream for my allergy which is available in US??

Getting pustules on face mostly near mouth on upper lips and chin.One pustule has been developed on my right cheek which has caused swelling.

I am having acne in lumps with redness on both cheeks in cluster. When a lump appear within 2-3 days a white head comes on it. Somedays they are painful and itchy. Please provide some medication.
