Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

My brother has been affected by itchy patches of rashes on top of foot (both feet) it started 6 months ago after wearing sandals. Even after not wearing the sandals it causes itching occasionally. Most of the patches are on top of the toes and near ankle sometimes it itches too much other days there is no itching Do suggest some treatment plans

Last 5 year I did not get proper treatment of an alopecia...so I want to know how can I stop my hair fall and regrowth of new hair...kindly tell me actuall treatment for this cure

Sir, I have psoriasis covering 75% of my body surfaces. Doc put me on cyclosporine 100mg three times a day since I have fatty liver grade 3. So methotrexate was not tried although my LFT was normal. I Took cyclosporine for 14 days and doc switched to apremilast. Now apremilast isn't helping me . I can't afford biologics . Is there any other option left for me ? I don't want to be on cyclosporine too as I developed covid pneumonia.

10 days back I had urticaria and took calasoft lotion also Allegra 120 once and it got cured. But today it has come back again . So wondering want could be the issue. Can I continue the same medicine when ever I get this. How to Naturally cure this urticaria. Not sure if it is causing due to food ellergy
