Most of the time itchy moderate. At night i have used candid b and prpysalic md ointment

Stop all the creams u r using. All contain steroids and will aggravate the lesions u have. U could b having Intertrigo or Tinea cruris. Steroid based creams will gibe temporary relief but it will aggrevate it later on. U will need proper anti fungal treatment. Consult a Dermatologist for further evaluation.
