Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Got 20 days back. My son got small rash on the left hand. No other rashes. In between it was not appearing after application of cream. Today I again saw it as shown in the attachment. Can I go for neosporin?

About seven months back I had operated the corn which developed on my foot,unfortunately after five months of operation ,it has started redeveloping and it is very painful the moment I step my foot somewhere. It's a humble request , kindly help me in getting rid of this corn. Below are the attached pictures before my operation, afternoon operation and now.

Few days ago developed rough and darkened skin on fingerfolds between knuckles. It is on 1 hand only and progressed to more dark over a few days. Had fatigue, loss of appetite and lack of sleep along with it. Fatigue and other symptoms have gone away in about 10 days. Only dark and rough skin remains. Blood sugar is normal on blood test and don't have diabetes.
