Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I got this this pimples only on left side of cheeks and it been more than 5 days and it's not going off. I have changed my pillow cover and I always wash face twice daily . Still it's there. Is this sign of some internal health issue or some skin infection?

Since i m having less iron i. My body coz i don't have proper menstruation cycle and also i take dexaorgane syrup .but i m developing spots on my skin On cheeks Hands Stomach .. The spots are small in size and i m also having problems with my weight coz i m 33 in weight .. My skin gets easily dryed up .. If i use soap it become white and some white skin types comes out .. Good Morning Sir/Maam Exactly  Unaware of my injury( after cleaning Our kitchen) but started having slowly growing pain and swelling of thumb nail/finger. Within 2 days pain has shots up and finger Swollen and yellowish spot visible under thumb nail.with touching or slight pressure on the spot ,I can feel  severe stabbing / pricking sensation. Have taken Teatanus injection 36 hours after injury and applied povidine solution on spot of injury. Sir/ Ma'am Kindly suggest remedy/ treatment if possible at home considering Covid scenario. Hi, From past one week I am noticing I am having a lot of hair fall. One reason can be dandruff and second can be stress. Hi, It's been nearly 18months that I delivered a baby via c-sec. Lately I have seen that my skin type has widely changed. I had partial oily skin with hardly any acnes earlier but now my skin has turned to be very dry around cheeks & forehead and oily just in the T zone & also I get a lot of acne all over my face, sometimes on underarms and buttocks too. They are very very painful and once dried returns back after few days though. Am not breastfeeding currently and I eat junk and oily food in moderation. Just wanted to know a face wash & medication to stop it's growth from within?

Hi im feeling a itching in my head on regular basis. I feel comfortable only if i take head bath daily or i can feel oily hairs and itching if i miss the head bath. Is it a symptoms of an fungal infection. Regards Babu
