Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

The bottom layer of my hair has stopped growing from 2-3 years it grows only till my ear length which makes my hair length look very thin. This section of hair looks damaged I have trimmed it many times but the length just doesn't grow. Overall I have hairfall and hair thinning issue as well but the bottom layer is ok from the roots but lengths are stuck to ear length since years. What should I do.

I saw some white pimples like dots in my foreskin yesterday which were itchy yesterday. I had sex 1 month ago and that time the condom broke. Can it be something related to STI? I'm a bit concerned. Should i look for anyother symptoms?

I am 19 years old and was recently prescribed medicines for itchy annular rash/urticaria – Bilashine 40 mg (daily), Dazit M (daily), and a single dose of Albendazole 400 mg. After starting these medicines, I have been feeling: Constant fatigue/tiredness Mid-body (waist/back/torso) pain Has anyone else experienced similar side effects with these medicines? Should I be concerned or consult my doctor immediately? Any advice or shared experiences would be very helpful.
