Can anybody tell me how to get rid of face sweating? I'm facing this alot...any solution/cream for this...?

My whole body sweats like a normal person unlike hands and feet.the main irritating problem is with my hands they sweat only on the day time whenever i just step outside in summer only. I have tried sweatgo antiperspirant but its effectiveness is only about 10-12%,Which i feel . Is there any solution to get rid of this problem

I had consulted dermatologist for comedone,she prescribed me anti acne medicine.After sometime I started having acne in advanced grade and it left some hyperpigmented marks.She prescribed me 10 percent azelaic acid.Now it has been 1 mo it is not gone and I stopped using it as it used to cause burning,and hyperpigmentation. Can anyone please suggest me ways to remove hyperpigmentation on my chin and acne marks

I am using melacare cream since 3 months now I suddenly stopped using this nd I saw some changes like itching , darkness that I had before using this nd small pimples... I am so nervous what to do ? How to cure from this ... What to use nd how it will recover I don't know 😔

Hi, I am 25 years old and I have had a fungal infection in my groin area (below the private parts) for the past 6–7 years. It causes itching, redness, dry skin, and flaky patches. There's also a very bad smell coming from that area, and even my underwear smells bad because of it. I have been taking medicines for a long time, but it's not getting cured. For the past 7–8 months, I’ve been under the treatment of an MBBS/MD doctor and using itraconazole, luliconazole, a moisturizer, and 1–2 other medicines, but it’s still not completely cured. What should I do now? From where should I get the right treatment?

Hello Doctor, I have had persistent dark spots and small acne in a specific area ( upper back) for several years, starting around the 2020 pandemic. Initially, I thought this might be due to sitting or lying back (without shirt) on a wooden chair for long periods, which I suspected caused stretch marks and acne. However, I stopped this habit a long time ago, but the spots and acne have continued. There is one particular blister that has been especially prominent—it tends to bulge and then flatten over time. This has been happening for years. I shower regularly, especially after sweating, and I haven’t experienced any other health issues related to this, so I didn’t pay much attention before. Recently, however, this prominent blister has become much larger than usual, which has made me concerned. I would appreciate your advice on what this could be and whether I should be worried. ( this blister is painful when touched , also I don't have any face acne or anywhere else)

Hi all , i noticed I had genital warts on May 4th 2025 and I took a STD/STI test for ( hiv 1,2 ELISA , hcv , VDRL , hbsag ) on May 10 th and all were negative , my previous sexual encounters were ( nov 2024 ( condom broke ) , Feb 2025 , april 6th 2025( both Feb and April wer protected sex with different sex workes (women) and now I have removed the warts through electric soldering and took a test again on May 26,th which is approx 50 days from April 6th encounter and all are negative and we'll , am i safe now and can I consider it has conclusive??

During physical intimacy, I occasionally bite my wife lightly as part of consensual activity. However, she has developed red spots on her chest and a few other areas afterward. These resemble mild bruises or hickeys, but we want to make sure there’s nothing concerning. Are there any topical medications or treatments that can help reduce the spots? Do we need to worry about this, and is there any need for further tests, medication, or injections?
