Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I’m 25 and experiencing severe hair fall, strands come out just by touching, also after showering and brushing. I also have an itchy scalp with dandruff now, which I usually have only in winters. Diagnosed with PCOS, have irregular periods, frequent migraines, and exam-related stress. I often feel dizzy, hungry soon after eating, and lethargic even after 8 hours of sleep, especially in the afternoon or evening. I also have chronic left shoulder pain, worse while studying — it started in college and is now a daily issue affecting focus. Recent reports: – TSH: 5.96 – Free T4: 1.38 – Vitamin D: 14.9 – Fasting glucose: 94 Medications: – Thyronorm 37.5 mcg – Lumia 60K weekly – Lubrijoint Plus (for joint pain) – Previously took Autrin for low hemoglobin

Iam getting acne on lower face and it's painful and irritating and it's very big like cystic And iam planning for pregnancy So I can't take medicines Any suggestions on this that how I can control lower face acne

Since a long time my nailside became yellowish and peeling skin nail side...I thought it's fungal infection so I took antibiotics and all but it does work and vitamins supplements also does not work...why??

I have these red swollen painful bumps on my legs in side area of knee on both legs , which are very itchy and have spread in the last 2 days. Am applying calamine lotion but no relief.

My acne were too deep and after getting the treatment I don't have any more acnes on my face but I still have got a lots of red acne scars. I tried a lot medicine and gels but nothing worked. Whenever I go out, my face turns red and it makes me very insecure about it. What should I do?
