Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hello I have skin itching since past one year, I had consulted couple of dermatologists but only when I take medicines there is relief. Again the itching starts once I stop medicines. One places if it itches , then again immediately there is continuous short  itching in two other places of the whole body each time, it's like triggering other areas. I did talk to the dermatologist about, he asked me to take the tablet whenever there is itching and to ignore it. I don't have thyroid or sugar. But I take BP tablets. My ESR is 22. Is there any blood test which will identify the kind of infection I have? Pls advise

I've been using topical 5% minoxidil with 0.1% finasteride twice a day, along with 1 mg oral finasteride daily, for the past two months. I'm experiencing significant shedding, though I think there may be some regrowth. I've noticed some tiny, fine hairs on my scalp. It's also hard to cover all the thinning areas with just 1 ml of the topical solution, and it leaves my hair looking greasy. I'm wondering if oral minoxidil is a safer and more effective alternative in this case.

My mother noticed a red spot flat on her right feet incidentally, she doesn't know how it came . It was painless , no pain or no itching nor any discomfort. Then that red spot has become like this. Dear Doctor, My son is 9 years old and has had red patches on his abdominal area and back/chest for the past 6 days. I consulted a pediatrician, who prescribed calamine lotion and fexofenadine syrup. However, there has been no improvement in the affected areas. For your reference, I have attached a photo of the patches. Could you please advise what steps I should take next? Should I consult a pediatrician again or see a dermatologist? What could be the possible cause of this condition? Are there any specific precautions I should follow?
