Experiencing pimples on left temple of face from past 1 year, suggest some medicines to get relief and i am obese and have grade 1 fatty liver. Took dermatologist's advice seriously and applied night serum and sunscreen spf 50 but yielded no result

Acne or pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Detailed history and clear images are required for proper management. Treatment depends on severity of acne. Knowing your own triggers and avoiding them is very helpful in reducing number of new lesions and decreasing possibilities of spots and scars that are usually left behind after pimples heal.
