Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I’ve been monitoring a skin lesion that started as a small bump a few days ago. Initially, it was red, but over time, a greyish dry area has expanded within the biggest . The pain is minimal to none—only noticeable when walking, but not when sitting or resting. It's on my back shin and non itchy. I haven't been out of the house for about a year since I am preparing for an exam.

My friend has been using metacortil lite cream from 7 years now. It was well suited on her skin but since a week ago she has been facing redness and darkness why?

I get body acne/ Folliculitis  every year with the onset of summer ... This has been happening for years.... some small some big size reddish, pus filled over the back, arms and also a few over the chest area....  I also have white skin colored small bumps coupled with the lesions ....  When the weather becomes cool it calms itself and bulges up again Earlier I wasn't paying much attention to bathing after sweating and changing the clothes as well I might be in the hormonal change phase ... However, now when I'm concerned about maintaining hygiene and I'm 28 years old , I'm still suddenly getting these over the same areas and it takes some days or even more to resolve itself... It's a recurrent flair up... Those white bumps are very frustrating which I'm specifically concerned about.. Pls help me understand and fix this ??

I have a small pimple-like bump on the skin of my stomach. It has been there for about 1.5 years. The surface is rough with a slight pattern. When touched, it gives a pricking or sharp sensation. This sensation increases when the weather is hot or when clothes rub against it. There is no pain, bleeding, or discharge. It hasn’t grown or spread, but it hasn’t gone away either. I would like to know what it could be — possibly a wart or some other skin condition — and whether it needs treatment or removal?
