I have pimples on my face the pus one and it's painful also.its occur suddenly.Even I'm eating only homemade food and following skincare also.

Your acne looks severe. It's better to start the treatment as soon as possible. Detailed history is required to know the triggers and take proper precautions. Triggers varies from person to person. Just skin care is not enough for your acne. You need oral medication for your acne to subside and prevent scarring.
