Alopecia areta
Four months back got kenakort injection on scalp on bald area. But gradually there is a structural change happened. It's swelled. He gave kenakort 40. Is this high dose? Morphea kind of situation also hair growth is stopped. Another doc told me it's high dose of kenakort. This lead to damage of the hail folicol area. Any suggestion!?
