Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hello Doctors, my son is four years old. He had around 1-2 grey hairs when he was one year old. But now I can see a few more like 5-6. What could be the reason? Could you please suggest to me what can be done to avoid further increase of grey hairs.

I have male pattern baldness and want to take oral minoxidil but have concerns as I have had an SVT in 2020 and they had to use intravenous adenosine.(svt came probably as a reaction to phenylephrene as per doctors) and havent had a repeat episode after at all. It was strictly a one time thing, no long term medication take after that. Doc suggested topical minoxidil and redensyl. I am not satisfied with the effects and I am not interested to continue redensyl as i don't believe in its efficacy. I want to know If I can at all take oral minoxidil. After consultations I want to be on minoxidil plus finasteride but can I take oral minoxidil or can i absolutely not given my svt history?

I am 32 Male,  have been suffering from skin allergy on right hand fingers since 3 years. Every time any cream is applied, it gets cured and afterwards reoccur. Have consulted multiple doctors , everyone suggests for antibiotics which is effective as well but after some time it reoccurs. Also my cravings for sugar is increasing but while blood tests are normal. How to get it treated permanently and Is this a symptom for any other disease???

Actually my derma suggest me tretinoin 0.25% for my syringoma nd after uses this cream my eyes become red, flaky nd itching issue..what should I do for avoid redness...??
