Excess hair fall
I have experienced a significant, recent increase in hair fall over the past few weeks. Previously, I had mild, gradual hair loss for 1-2 years, which I considered normal. Now, I notice significant shedding during combing, hand-setting, and shampooing, with some hairs also on my pillow in the mornings. I am concerned about reversal.
Current action (based on suggestions from friends who got good results)
