Atypical penile lesion
On masturbate with moisturiser had severe penile pain for 1 day then subsided.But after 8days Had severe penis tingling and pain on touch(to cloth,soap,oil,urine) there is also tingling radiating to rt lower leg on penile touch to cloth for 3 days with no itch, no lesions only erythema for 3months.Then after 3mnt had accidentally spilled geyser very hot water on penis while washing(bath).severe pain and noticed blister at one area and got scab after 4days which peeled off after 13days. Then again after 3 months got golden scab(mimics impetigo) used antibiotics and antifungal cream.But tingling was still present Had protected sexual exposure 3years ago with unknown person no symptoms till before this.now it's been 1 year still there is mild hypersensitivity Hsv antibodies negative done multiple times,hsv pcr(blood&urine)-negative, hsv western blot-negative.Still Unable to walk without underwear Multiple dermatologist consulted-every one told eczema,only one doc who seen scab told-?hsv
