Pitted acne scars
Hello Doctor, I have nominal pitted acne scars on my face. Can I use Tretinoin 0.025 percent or Tretinoin 0.050 percent for clearing the scars. Is the use of derma roller effective? Pls help.

Firstly you have to understand the scars can't be cleared completely with any available treatment. You only get improvement. Don't self treat the scars without proper consultation. And derma roller should be done by a professional to prevent any side effects that might occur.
