Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hello, My skin specialist recommended me few tablets for hair thinning and hair fall.. Out of that one medicine is Black Cohosh tablet.. I wanted to know if it really helps with hairfall and hair thinning.....as when i searched the uses of this tablet on google,it showed its for menopausal purpose.. Hence concerned :( Kindly guide for the same. Would really appreciate. Please note : She is a very good experienced in her field,helped me in inproving my skin... But i am jst concerned about the this Black Cohosh Tablet.

Hi, my son is 10 months old. About 2 months ago he developed rash along with dry skin. I consulted a skin specialist, and was advised eumosone m along with sebamed cream. The rash went away in few days. Now recently he has developed white patches on his cheeks, dimple area and chin. Kindly suggest what it could be. I have attached few pics for better explanation. I was having fungal infection in my inner thighs as well as on my neck .. few years back also i had this and at that time my Dr. gave me.. betamil Gm ointment.. so i used this again and it helped to improve the infection but from yesterday i have a very small but hard and bit painful(only when i touch it)lump on my thighs? Should i consult or it should subside on its own?

Armpit lump/ boil developed under the skin couple of months before. Now after giving hot compression with tea tree oil, the lump / boil has spread a little bit more and became little hard and painful. No path to drain the pus as it is all under skin. Please advise.
