Open pores can be treated with procedures like Micro Needle Radio Frequency and Co2 lasers. Retinoid creams also help in mild exfoliation. They also help in reducing the open pores. These creams can help in reduction of fine lines and wrinkles. Corroborate with pictures and Consult a Dermatologist for the same.
