Black spots kind of pigmentation
I have used indigo powder to color my hair which caused black spots of my face around both cheeks to ear sides . Initially it was burning and red later it turned black I consulted a doctor which prescribed tube Biluma and physiogel to apply but there is no reduction in spots

This is post inflammatory hyperpigmentation secondary to contact dermatitis due to hair dye.
It takes min 2-3 months for creams to show visible effect.
Other medicines are also available.
