Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I'm facing hair fall since one year..and my hair also becomes very thin..suggest me ..im using regular shampoo and oil..

(Last year I use whey protein after doing exercise.) My hair starts falling so I use coconut oil along with vit E but it doesn't prevent my hairfall.so I shave my hair in last December(there are dandruff on my scalp) after that my hair starts growing and I doesn't seen any major hair fall till now. From last 15days I use hairbless tablet and minoxidil 5% foam. I want to know about how can I improve my hair (I feel my hair is thinning)? What medicine I use to improve and hair regrowth? Can I use darmaroller & minoxidil combination with finastidine? After doing some research online and watching videos of other dermatologist I think my problem arrise due to DHT. Please suggest me what to do. I attached picture of my scalp.

Hi doctor, I have a basic question which, I guess have been answered differently by different experts. Does oiling help? Does putting oil on hair scalp/ roots and/or strands help? Or it is of no help? Also, if yes, then which one is the best or useful for the hair/scalp? Also, it would be great if you could suggest a good shampoo or shampoos that would not aggravate the hairfall issue? Thanks.

I have fungal infection on my hip From last 1 year i use cream castor NF but after 10 infection comes again.

I think some suppliment reaction on my body when I'm going to the gym 2 year ago. I have treated many doctors but can't recover can you prescribe some medicine for this. I have lot of trouble for that. Last doctor is said that is a fungal infection. No any etching and pain but contact of Sun ray it's expanding.and little bit of etched and pain. Why my 8 year daughter have a dry skin even in summer she have too much dandruff and dry lips.8 days back a little dryness occurs at the corner of nose and skin removes and looks a little red but no iching,no pain. Is that any vitamin deficiency or something else? Please suggest

I was diagonsed with scabies year ago , it got cured after applying permite lotion and after  having kivicort 24 and ebanorm 20, now it has occured again ad i have been applyin peremethin cream but it is of no use can anyone suggest anything else?

I have acne all over my back. Also I get red spots anywhere on my body every alter day and sometimes it also causes intense itching while some looks like acne ...it stays for a few days and then go bt leaves marks. After sometime I get this red spot somewhere else. I also have extreme hairfall and dandruff. Previously I have consulted many doctors and took medicines. These hairfall dandruff and back acne reduces till I take medicine but once medicines is over these again come back and never cured actually. Earlier after getting a blood test it was reported that I had less vitamin D around 8.0 and I was given medicines for 3 months. I don't know it's relevant or not but I still mentioned. Kindly please guide me what is the problem exactly and how can it be treated?

I am having coin size marks on my cheeks, like dark marks.Last year around this time, I had faced same problem and used some homeopathy treatment which was lasted only few months and again in may 21 the same marks appearing on my face.
