Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Seeing red dots/spots on both legs, everywhere but no pattern. Undergoing diabetic course. Please suggest, why there are red dots only on both the legs but not anywhere?

I have facing acne problem when I am 18 my first pimple show on my face now pimple are gone but acne show up

I am having small white patch on lower back since many months. No itching. Not getting larger in size. First it was slight red, applied seroclab cream and was resolved. Now it has turned white.. no other issues associated with patch.
