Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

How can I treat facial darkening, which was happened due to sebohheric dermatitis ? Is it treatable now? It's tanned/dark yellowish in color If I want immediate results, does laser helpful for this?

Extreme Hair loss due to Aloepecia and patches on scalp are visible. This problem persisted since 5years with some years of relief with medications but problem is still there. Eye brows also got involved.

There are some dark patches in my armpit but there is no irritation or itchiness. It was there last year also but after armpit waxing, it disappeared. I don't know what is this. Attached are the pictures for reference.

I have 2-3 fatty lump (गांठ) inside body which do not pain. One is at back just below the neck around 8 year old not causing any pain or problems, one near elbow developed in last month, and one recently developed at back just above Hip.. the case is all are in left side of body, I talked to few local area doctors and they said that it's just fat generated.. Even after one month of taking Teczine twice daily, applying Halox, Moisturex and Olesoft, itching is not reducing. Pus and blisters have reduced but the urticaria remains and as soon as Teczine got over (after a month), the hives reappeared. My thyroid profile is normal as well. Please suggest a suitable treatment!
