Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hi Doctor, Hope you are doing well! Can you please help as my mother has these skin rashes on her back and hand. It's continuously growing on her body and continuously itching. I have attached actual pics of rashes. We have consulted our family doctor, but it seems doesn't help at all and I think, it's more than two weeks. Please check and suggest nearby clinics. Due to having a COVID patient in the house recently, I've had to wash my hands very often (at least 50 times a day). Now, the skin on the back of my hands has become darkened, tight and flaky. There are numerous cuts and scratches on the skin as well. Even flexing fingers is difficult and applying moisturizer burns. The skin has started to come off in balls when hands are wet. I do have sensitive skin - flushes easily and dries quickly. I've attached a picture for reference. Please let me know if this is something I should worry about.

Hi, I have some skin issue at same place- in both Arms. As observed, this is happening after I had covid in December 2020. So I used Aloe vera gel and vico termeric creame in day, its recover perfectly in 2/3 days ... Then skin was feels like paper. Then I used vasline.. then it look like normal skin . But after 2/3 weeks it get started again like photo. Please suggest what to do?. Is it any deficiency or any other health issue?

There is a skin redness on both the palms and it is getting black day by day ans it itches. Provide me some gel or medication to apply on it
