Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Are these fordyce spots? they have been there since 2-3 years. there is no pain itching or irritation. they are symmetrically on both the upper lips starting from the corner. please confirm if they are FORDYCE SPOTS or something else?

There was too much itching in genital region and two weeks before I noticed a red cut with pain on genital region. I thought that it may be due to excessive itching therefore I applied boroline, which to an extent gave ome relief. But now the red itchy part is visible again and now I'm clueless about what it could possibly be. Below is the picture that how it is looking like.

Hi had a small dry skin on my right leg ankle. Gradually it started increasing since it was itching and I had to scratch it for the itchy. Now in 6 months the dry skin has increased in size for almost 6 cm or odd. It is still itchy. I apply cocunut oil everyday 2-3 times. But it is still itchy as the oil evaporates. Once months earlier doctor gave me Momate F cream, but it was not reducing. Any suggestion like any cream or any lotion suggestions please

An extra growth on my finger that has been there for a long time. It's hard and white. It's attached to the skin. The top part is hard and doesn't pain when I touch. The part where it's attached to the skin hurts if I try to touch it. What can be done to remove this extra growth?
