My hair scalp has dandruff and pimples like things ,hair also thin hair loss also help It's more than 1 year

What tablets should I take control my Hairfall.Everyday loosing too much of hair. Please suggest some medicines.

Are these fordyce spots? they have been there since 2-3 years. there is no pain itching or irritation. they are symmetrically placed on both sides of the upper lips. please answer I'm not financially able to pay for the onnline consultation please confirm if they are FORDYCE SPOTS or something else? please. this is causing me a lot of anxiety amd leading me to depression but I'm not privileged enough to pay for a proper consultation. please help me

Whole body itching since last one week. When I scratch there will be small popups like pimples. Once in a while suffer with skin issues acnes or like pimples in upper part of the body. Consulted few times and doctor said it's due to dandruff. This itching issue is latest and irritating a lot

I shifted to Bangalore in April and have been experiencing extreme hairfall since then, installed water softener also but still hair fall hasn't stopped.
