Regarding prickly heat rashes
Can I apply itch guard on prickly heat rashes.. As during recovering my skin is turning blackish as my heat rashes are getting lighter now...

No need to apply itch guard. The rash has resolved. Just apply mositurizer over damp skin.

No..Don't worry...you are suffering from allergic dermatitis causing this problem... Specific medicine available for good control... Treatment depends on the severity..Do direct online consultation for detailed prescription by sending photos.

Dont apply any OTC cream. This looks like a Ezcematised fungal infection. Preferably consult a Dermatologist as there is visible scaling of skin and it will b associated with itching and if left unattended it will start spreading all over the body. Consult a Dermatologist fort he same. If its a Primary fungal infection it can b contagious and will take a lot of time to get it treated.
