The rash may be related to heat, sweating, friction or contact irritation. If it appears and disappears quickly, urticaria is also possible.
Next Steps:
Keep the area cool and dry, wear loose cotton clothing and avoid prolonged sitting/friction.
A non-sedating antihistamine may help if itching is prominent.
