Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

White flaky skin and skin irritation/itching over both eyes. This problem is from past few days. She has used some anti fungal cream(dermocalm lotion) but still the problem persists.

I have a black spot on my right hand from past 5-6 months. It doesn't pain. It is same. No color change no size change. Is it dangerous ??
