Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Today i have seen sudden redness in both arms joint, i don't have any allergy till now. But this type of redness come for a time and goes automatically. In the last 2 months, this type redness comes for around 3-4 times and goes away. But i don't know why it is happening. Recently gone for CRP and CBC test were no infection or other diseass found, reports were normal. Please guide me in this regard.photo artached herewith.
