Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I got mild telegon. Doctor suggested to take xtend hair tablet. I followed one week. How many weeks should I continue? And hair my stop falling but after having oil bath my hair shreds around 10-15.

I was diagnosed with scabies last month. Therefore upon consulting doctor, he gave me medicines like permithrin lotion, zeroscab bar, fucibet cream and anti parasitic tablets . I completed his medicine course on 20th this month. I was all fine these days, my itching had gone since I applied the first dose of permithrin i.e since 2nd May. But yesterday I again noticed the bumps in my genetelia which was the primary symptom of my scabies problem. It's itching as well. What do I do now.? And can anyone please tell me how to treat my clothes and bedding to get rid of this contagious skin disease.

Started the pain on outside edges of toe and I can feel ingrown nail inside since a few weeks. I have been soaking the feet in warm water, but swelling appears now as it appears to have infection inside and/or flesh got torn by nail and blood comes out from the joint if the toe hits anywhere. Please suggest medicine/ ointment (that can be applied on nail-flesh joint) or any other options to heal this.

Hi doctor Hope you are doing good Its been a year i have small patches on palm and feet which keeps itching and spreading. I used to apply ointment Lobate which gave relief for sometime but not recovered fully.

Have itchy flaky skin on knees. Some Dr say it's is psoriasis,some eczema and some say it's not a disease. Have used many steroid creams suggests by dermatologists.howevere, no relief.is there some test that can diagnose the exact problem and thereafter continue the treatment.

I January I had an fungal infection in my groin area and till April I only applied this coconut oil . In April I got covid ( asymptomatic ) and recovered after that from may starting I have been applying ebernat plus on that area on my doctor's advice But I read that it's a steroid based cream so will it effect my post covid recovery ? As they show in news that too much steroids and all cause problems . But I am using a cream only . ? Please answer
