Tiny red bumps and itching and bleeding
I frequently develop tiny red bumps all over my body especially in hand and legs. It itching and after itching it starts bleeding due to shaprness of nail may be. It goes off automatically but lefr small brown spot on skin. Picture attached whar is it? Please guide.
