I noticed a small hole in my skin that looks like a needle prick. It isn't red, but when I touch it, it's quite tender and there's a bump under. When I first noticed it, it was quite warm. There seems to be no pus but the bump is quite hard. It's not painful, but it does hurt when I touch it or press it.
Here's what it looks like: http://i.imgur.com/kkGHBXX.jpg

It could be a sebaceous cyst. Excision can be done under local anesthesia. Kindly meet a dermatologist to confirm diagnosis and for further management.
