My body is fair enough but face is black

My face has uneven skin tone, my body is fair enough but face is dark and uneven, and it is damaging day by day. I lost my confidence because of the uneven patchy skin color. I even hasitate to go anywhere now. Chin area and most of the face is dark now, it was all good when I was child, i was very fair that time, but because ofcarelessness my skin is damaged.  I want my natural color back which is fair glowing and even. I went to some doctors and thay gave me products to apply but it did give temporary effect,after stopped using products my face got more black and pimples are increased, I want daily routine and safe medication which will give my face glow for permanent. My face skin is damaged by sun and fairness lotion. Please help me.
