Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hello doctor,  Namaskaram 🙏🙏🙏 I am sornalatha. Age 32. I am an ocd patient from 2017 till now. Due to that I am using liquid hand wash  frequently. I used more liquid dettol too. I am using one soap bar for one week. I am not able to minimize these activities. Due to these problem, my left hand skin is damaging. I have attached my hand picture. Kindly help me to over come from the skin allergy.

I have 1cm node on my right cheek from last 30 days it reduced but in very slow rate and it also grow even after reducing..

Its very tiny acne rash kind of ..itches a lot. Its all in both hand..applied calamine for a week or more but not effective

The front part of my scalp, above forehead is being itching a lot since 2-3 days and it's started to pain now. I can accumulate small white bits under my fingernails when I scratch softly. My 9 year old daughter has got small little bumps on her arms which are not itchy or red in colour. They are also not painful but have slightly spread to the front of the arms otherwise they are mostly to the back of the arms. Attaching a pic for reference.
