15 days Back I noticed an small brown patch or rash on my right hand thumb finger. I started to apply coconut oil and moisturizing cream on that area but still it not reducing.
It is slowly spreading in my index finger as well and it is itching as well.
What could be the problem?

Fungal infection around buttocks
I have a very severe fungal infection around my buttocks.
I have consulted with dermatologist before and he recommended me NAILROX & KETONEXT cream.
But the result is not affective.
I wear lose clothes and try to keep the area dry but still the infection is growing rapidly.

Itchy skin, no redness or rash
I've diabetes mellitus type two since 4-5 years. I am 63kgs and 153cms tall.
My blood sugar is in control. It is 95 Fasting and 127 PP.
Usually at night or early morning my whole body especially hands and legs itch a lot. What could be the cause and what can I apply or take tablet to relieve it.
