Fungal infection on eyes, white spots/ marks visible. In Blood Test report, cholesterol limit has crossed to 232, ESR limit is 26 and TLC count is 13800. Pls Advise

Could be xanthalesma palpebrum which is deposition of fat around eyelids. But need photographs to correctly identify them.
