Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

This is regard to my consultation in practo I have been using the medication given by doctor since a week and after using retention cream my skin is starting pulling off and it is now extreme dry can I have solution

My baby is 19 months old and having itching problem at legs from the age of 6 months. We showed to few dermatologists and they suggested few lotions like dermadew and soap. We used it, but no improvement. Doctor also suggested to use Hydroxyzine syrup atarax for two weeks. During this syrup medication the itching got relieved, but it started happening again after few days. This is the case from one year. When on medication, the itching stopped and started again after few days. My wife also having itching problem from 8 months and the baby still having mother's milk. What we have to do, because mother is having itching problem and so the baby still having mother's milk and because of this itching will occur to baby also? Do we need to do any of the blood test for the baby? If yes, what is the test name.

My right hand fingers skin are peeled by themselves only upper single layer i dont use any cream or brand i just use coconut oil after shower . is this normal ? there is no pain and itching at all why did this happened

Kind of redness in the infection and after it gets dry itcheness starts. This infection is persist since 2-3 weeks.

Have used multiple anti bacterial cream, but it will start again every summer, plz suggest me a permanent solutions .

Having dandruff for past4 years. Tried with different dandraff shampoo... Also revomed complete hair once.. but still having dandraff.what to do?

Dear Sir, I am a sales professional so needs to work on field in sunlight most of the time for few years now so as a result I am having pigmentation and Tanning problem in hands below elbow and face above neck, I try to use spf 30+ creams during daytime but because of sweat it doesn't stays for long. Is there any way I can get my original colour is used to have in college days. Thanks

My mother is 50 years in age. She frequently has this swelling on her multiple fingers beside her nail(pictures attached). Symptoms:- 1. Swelling beside finger and pus gets filled and it pains. 2. Swelling usually develops into infection when comes in contact with soap/detergent . 3. When detergent is not used infection is cured but swelling is there for long period of time. 4. This is occurring from past 6 months.

Pimple like lump at chin has developed and has not been dissolved yet. It is not a pimple. No pain observed.

Sir / madam I have addiction of medisalic ointment since 5 years .. Now from one week I left using it .. I have allergy all over my face now after discontinuing it .. I began using simple aloe vera gel .. Should I discontinue using medisalc or use again .. Or should I replace aloe vera with something Else ..
