Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Iam 24yr old and my hair is very rough and frizzy. my hair growth is also very slow.i want long and thick hair but my hair is short. Plz recommend some hair oil or something which stimulate my hair growth.

I have been suffering from severe hairfall from past 4-5 years. Whenever I part my hair I see visible scalp. I've tried different medications both homeopathic ( low light therapy) and allopathic ( minoxidil ). But haven't seen any results. I was diagnosed with PCOS and high prolactin levels for which I was given cabergoline. High levels were brought under control. I've also changed my lifestyle completely. Have been taking chia, flax and pumpkin seeds. And foods high in protein. Still there are no visible results. Hairfall is only worsening. Please help me with how can I fix this and regrow hair as it's taking a toll on my mental health. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you in advance

I am facing hairfall issue from last few months. I tried several home remedies, switched to organic product but none helped to stop the hairfall. I lost so much of my hair that it is leading to baldness and whenever i comb my hairfall i see lot of scattered hairs on the floor. While oiling hairs comes out from root in bulk. I am worried now

I want to know if there Is any procedure to lighten dark underarms medically? And is if suggested? I have tried quite a few home remedies and it hasn't helped

I have been having this itch condition for a year & longer. I figured I could manage this this condition using topical cream "MICLOGENTA" prescribed in Mumbai. The condition would re-emerge once the ointment use was discontinued. The worst affected areas are scalp, chest(I do shave my chest region and may have lesions there on that accord) , groin, abdomen and also lower calf. Must add, there is almost nothing to show as there are no lesions or outbreaks. I have done some reading about the prolonged use of "Clobetasol-Miconazole Nitrate" based ointments and side effects and was concerned to read the effect on adrenal glands. Now based outta a small town & using "Agmaderm"and cant visit a doctor due to curbs. Consulted a doctor online a few days ago and she prescribed me Shampoo, cream & tabs, not helping and there is massive itch on my scalp and my chest This itch has now progressed on to my thighs, abdomen and the groin area too Can you please help?? Am desperate now...
