Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

From yesterday evening burning sensation like rashes evolve on my Chest. It is very painful also. Please suggest medicine for the same.

I am using Morr 5% for 3 months now, I am noticing progress but recently I noticed unwanted hairs have started growing around the eyes, like the area where eyebrows end and a little above the eyebrows.(See the attached pic) What should I do?  Should I continue using it? How should I proceed forward?

Last 1 year my nail is in purple or black line. No pain not bleeding and no other symptoms. I have attached my photos here.

Any good suggestions for oily skin ? Any face wash that we can use that is gentle on the skin and that wouldn't make the face so dry after washing .

Hi Doc, Since yesterday, there is black rounded structure on my cheeks(though less visible as of now). I was thinking of it being ring worm but it's not itching as of now. Plus it has blackish rounds not reddish....Pic attached. What it can be...?? Please help and guide as it is creating tension.
