Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hi doctor! I am writing this to ask about my Ingrown toenail. I am suffering from swelling, pain in one of my toe nail and can feel the nail inside the skin. I am not sure how to take care of it and whom to consult. Please advice on this, do I need to get this naol completely removed? I see that 90% of my nail is healthy it's just that one side is growing inside.

I have been suffering from hair loss since 2 years, which now has become a grave issue for me as it is not stopping rather it  has created an another desease called alopecia, it had jus started a month back and now it is wide enough, though the damage is not so big but, the pace with which it is growing is worth worrying. I am looking for the treatment which could cure it before going through a huge loss. Thanks.

In march my Vitamin D range 12.35 and in june it decreases to 8.41 is this only reason of androgenic alopecia? plz suggest me i am suffering from  heavy hairfal!!

I have a black nail in my toe,when checked in google it states type of a cancer,i have a tingling feel in that finger too,is it alarming?

Taken T Sebifin 250mg for 2 months,T.Teczine 5 mg for 1 week,applied Lulifin cream for 2months, and now  also applying whenever feels itching i.e.maximum on cheeks.

Good evening doctors, I am having dandruff and oily skin from 7 years.I tried all English medicines containing coal tar shampoo,ketaconozole.after using them I used to think whether I got treatment to reduce them or to increase them😂.Yes it's true dandruff comes after 30 min of head bath.I lost hope on them.Even 3 rupees head&shoulders stops for 2 days.But again repeats on day 3.please apart from above mentioned shampoos could you suggest atleast ayurvedic shampoo or alternates available in market so I can try natural therapy on my hair please help me in closing dandruff completely.

I have a toe fungal infection. I have consulted previously to a doctor and was prescribed with fluka-150 and neosprine to apply after cleaning with hydrogen peroxide solution but still no improvement.

I have developed so many small eruptions recently in 2 months time. Also with acne break out. Usually I never get these kind of acne or eruption on skin. Pls help. Me. With a remedy.

Im having ringworm, i used Cwin cream prescribed by Dermatologist im practo its been 7 days yet no improvement please suggest another ointment.
