Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Over a month a lump sized little big than a pea ..it was gradually increased in size.. don't have pain..only little pain when it was pressing..it is hard...what it is?...how it should be treated?

My mother recovered from covid on april 10th got black fungus and recovered on may 10th she is still on posaconazole syrup medication she is experiencing heavy hair fall from last 5days. medications currently: posaconazole , pentasure whey protein ( 2 scoopes/day since 2months)  and diabetes medications previous medications: remedicifer,amphotericin B,posaconazole from 1.5month. why is the hairfall happening? is it due to covid or from medications? what is the treatment? and some home photo attached is the hairfall from 2days
