Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I am having an allergy from dust mites and I am on medication i.e. laveta M. But I think it's not working.itching and hives are severe and my Ige levels are 441. Can you help me.

I have dryness on my left hand only, it makes my skin really itchy which in turn makes it red or like it's tearing up. I have been applying aloe vera gel on it which gives relief but is brief. Please advise what it is and what I can use. Attaching pictures for the same.

So i have a complaint that i have developed acne in the arms which has developed in to black spots which has ruined the glow of my arms so am very worried about wearing short sleeves which exposes the black spots which looks shabby.i am very much worried about that.can anyone tell me reason for that and any remedies or medication to clear the black spots???

My mom gets rashes on her skin during evening or night and it causes severe itching in the night.. But by morning we can see very less or no rashes on her skin.. We are unable to understand if this is related to skin or any other health issue
