Is it safe to take PRP for hair fall after covishield 1st dose? Will it have adverse effect on anaesthesia for this PRP?

Currently there is so much talk about actives such as retinol, kojic acid, azelaic acid, vitamin c ,etc, and all of them are being marketed to target two major problems - acne and hyperpigmentation. I dont have acne prone skin but need to know what should i actually include in my skin care to get rid of the hyperpigmentation.
