Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Its been 7 months of my hair transplant , and almost 95% growth is done.But from past one month i have lots of hairfall , almost 60-80 hairs a day.Some transplanted and some existing.Hair loss is more when i apply shampoo while bathing. Lots of hair come out along with shampoo (around 35-30) hairs.

I've observed white spot on my both legs 15 20 days before. Now I see it's growing rapidly, because the size of spots has increased in last 15 20 days.

Hi, Till how many days is the ringworm contagious post start of treatment? My in law is having chronic ringworm spread around hips and private parts. N has just started treatment. We will be travelling to their home and we have a 2 years baby whom we can't control going near the infected person. Can you please guide with the precautions to take so that we also don't contract ringworm from in law? Thanks in advance

I am taking medications since last 3-4 years from famous dermatologists both online and offline but the results are zero. No medications seem to work on my face. It still is very very dark as compared to body colour. I always apply sunscreen whenever I go outside, always try to keep away from sun exposure, even tried different peelings like chemical peeling, carbon peeling, microdermabrasion etc as suggested by the dermatologists but always disappointed with the results. I wonder if any medication available which will work on my face. Please suggest what should I do.

Have been prescribed folitrax 7.5 mg (1 tab only Sunday), folvite 5mg (Tue&Fri one tab), acrotac 10mg once daily for psoriasis both in body and scalp. Plus canditral 100mg (twice daily) for fungal infection in groin and butts. Plus there are some ointments also (propysalic nf, sorvate c, ebernet m, tyza, calpsor c lotion). I had general tiredness and muscle aches since long before psoriasis also. So, ortho has given me innovgold capusle and citravite XT tablet, both once daily. My concern is that are these mutivitamins and minerals tabs allowed with my other skin medicines especially acrotac? I read on internet that these may cause hair loss. Pls guide.
