Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hello, I have been facing acne problem since last few months, I consulted to a dermatologist and she prescribed me a few medications which I'm taking right now, but yesterday accidently my face got hit by my bed corner and a patch like red bruise is developed on it. What should I do?

From childhood I'm using soaps, it was good 3 years ago. I don't know why, from past 2 years I face is becoming red and dry with the soap. I've tried number of soaps and face washes to check out but it didn't work it also give the same result. I have sensitive skin, which face wash is better for getting radiant skin like before . Note : I'm following good diet which is good for skin and body

My underarms are extremely dark. Need permanent solution for the same. I do not wish to carry out any surgery or such. I would prefer creams and or any alternate. It's been many years. I have stopped wearing sleeveless as well. Kindly help.

Can we use glyco 6 everyday or.on alternative days and also should we apply face moisturizer before or after that

During last Nov 2020 , I experienced first some cold itchy sores on hands and later once on genitals. After some days , some cold sores appeared like Herpes above lips too. These above lips cold sores always appear right from my childhood whenever I have got fever. Cold sores on hands (palms and in between fingers) and genitals are the first time. In 2020 Jan month , I visited my maternal uncle home who were experiencing itches. I am believing maybe I got infected from there. So I contacted some online doctors in pharmeasy and medlife and they suggested 200mg * 5 times a day course for 10 days. After that itching and sores healed a lot. After that , I am taking 200mg dose one time a day every day to take the virus in control as suggested by online pharmeasy doctors. And it's in control. But if I stop this medication for 3-4 days , sores re appear mostly on hands. But I don't want to continue this medicine for life. It can have serious side effects right?

Good Morning Doctor I have been Diagnosed with *Seberroheic Melanosis* from past 3 Years, I have used many creams and 3 sessions of Laser Treatment also..... I have not got any Results... Is there any treatment effective for which I should proceed with??
