Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

From past 1month there is Skin rash in my palms. I have consulted a dermatologist and said that it is an allergy and prescribed an 'Lobate Skin Cream' for 15 days. But there is no improvement in skin rashesh. Kindly suggest.

Respected sir/madam, I am facing suddenly alot of hair fall it's almost about a month now, I am scared to comb my hair because of the hair fall out my head without having any stress or dandruff issue. Can you please tell me what is it and why it is happening because I am facing like a 500 to 1000 hair strands fall out if I wash or comb my hair.
